SEAM prioritizes the health and safety of its employees through proactive risk assessments, comprehensive training, clear safety policies, incident reporting and investigation, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

SEAM is committed to ensuring fundamental human rights and decent working conditions throughout our entire value chain, including our extensive network of suppliers and business partners. All our suppliers are carefully selected, based on these criteria. In addition to supplier onboarding, we work continuously to identify and assess any potential adverse impact on such rights within our supply chain, and to implement suitable measures to mitigate the influence.
